Ransom Bourbon Whiskey

Handcrafted at our 40-acre farm and distillery in coastal Oregon.

• Crafted from a blend of barrellings ranging in age from three years to 16 years.
• Aged in toasted American Oak
• Distilled in our direct-fire Alembic pot stills using rainwater we collect all year from the distillery roof.

Our unique four grain mash bill:

• 59% Corn, 19% ‘Ida Gold’ malted barley, 14% Rye and 8% Wheat.

Taste profile: Classic Bourbon aromas with notes of toffee and soft caramel, mixed with sweet corn yield a rich and warm flavor that balance a soft oak influence and cereal grain with additional hints of cocoa powder and anise.
