Old Tom Gin Fiz
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin
1 Egg White
1 oz Cream
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 Dashes of Orange Blossom Water
Seltzer water
DIRECTIONS
In large cocktail shaker, combine ingredients. Shake vigorously for 25 seconds. Add a handful of ice and shake hard until you can no longer hear the ice inside. Pour mixture into a collins glass. Gently top with seltzer until foam rises to desired height.
