Thyme’s Ransom

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Ransom Bourbon
.5 oz Thyme Simple Syrup
.25 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Grapefruit
Thyme Sprig

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in tin. Add ice, shake vigorously. Double strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Garnish and enjoy!

How To Make The Thyme Simple Syrup:

INGREDIENTS
4-6 Thyme Sprigs
.5 cup Sugar
.25 cup Hot Water

DIRECTIONS
Heat water on kettle. Measure proportions, add sugar and thyme sprigs. Steep for 10 minutes.
